OVERVIEW

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing from our website. By purchasing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not make purchases or use any services. 

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

WARRANTY

We offer a one-year warranty, which ends one year after the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner. This warranty gives you specific rights; purchasers may also have other rights, varying from state to state. Damage caused by neglect, abuse, improper assembly/modification, tuning, or changing the bike's software without the express written permission and assistance of an E-STRAPZ representative, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the product from E-STRAPZ as sold, operator error, water damage, or improper follow-up maintenance is not covered under this warranty. Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, handlebars, seat post, saddle, brakes (excluding brake pads), lights, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, display (excluding damage due to water), kickstand, and battery (warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, everyday wear, or water damage).

  • Accessories sold on estrapz.com are covered under warranty.
  • Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.
  • Necessary precautions must ensure the bike and battery are not exposed to severe weather conditions. Exposure to severe wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty.
  • We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to E-STRAPZ within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories.
  • Unfortunately, you won't be refunded as compensation for your time or efforts in replacing damaged parts.
  • Replacement parts will be sent when photographic evidence has been provided to E-STRAPZ. E-STRAPZ may request additional documentation (such as video) to accurately diagnose the problem and process the warranty claim.
  • Most warranty parts are fulfilled 1-2 business weeks after a customer service representative puts the request into our system. Warranty parts are sent using USPS First Class, FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, or DHL, depending on the region's size. Warranty parts will not be expedited.
  • Items such as chains, tires, wheels, rims, tubes, brake rotors, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, and spokes are worn. These items wear down with regular use and are not covered under warranty. We want you to know that you are responsible for replacing and maintaining these worn items.
  • Any unauthorized alterations or repairs that are not covered may void this warranty.
  • Please get in touch with E-STRAPZ online support for warranty services by email at contact@estrapz.com.
  • So that you know, your insurance policies may not cover accidents involving E-STRAPZ Ebikes. You should contact your insurance company or agent to see if coverage is provided. This warranty does not cover damage due to an accident, and E-STRAPZ is not responsible for repairing or replacing damaged bikes or parts.
  • E-STRAPZ reserves the right to change its warranty at any time and without notice.
  • Any action, lawsuit, or other proceedings under this warranty or otherwise related to the bike must be commenced within ninety (90) days after the expiration of the one-year warranty period.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

At E-STRPAZ, we pride ourselves on our exceptional customer support. We promise to do our best to treat you fairly, patiently, and respectfully in every interaction. Our Customer Support Team is designed to assist all customers in the best way humanly possible. Please allow up to 72 hours for a customer service representative to respond to your inquiry. 

We kindly ask that you treat our staff members fairly, patiently, and respectfully. (Harassing, name-calling, threatening, or any other acts of violence will NOT be tolerated)

E-STRAPZ reserves the right to refuse service or to sell our products to any customer or individual who becomes belligerent, rude, and or disrespectful. This can include but may not be limited to suspension of warranty, issuance of a refund, and termination of accounts/orders. (Warnings may be stated verbally and or via text/email)

All conversations via email, text, and over the phone are documented for safety and security. 

PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

The e-bikes listed range and top speed are estimated (not guaranteed) expected performance. The performance will vary with rider weight, cargo weight, rider /cargo shape (both contribute to drag), terrain, tire pressure, brake adjustment, throttle vs. PAS usage, pedal power, battery charge level, ambient temperature, and wind conditions. Under certain conditions, it is possible to get ranges and top speeds that are different (better or worse) from our listed estimates.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Riding any bicycle has inherent risks and dangers that cannot be predicted or avoided. These dangers could result in a severe accident, injury, or death of the rider or surrounding pedestrians. The rider is responsible for being adequately educated and prepared to ride safely. Once in possession of the bike, E-STRAPZ strongly encourages and recommends that all customers have a certified and reputable bicycle mechanic complete a full inspection of each component on the bicycle to ensure it is safe for operation. E-STRAPZ makes no claims or guarantees that the brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, display, electrical cables, electrical cable housings, fasteners, grips, fork, stem, shifters, headset, seat post, seat post clamp, handlebar stem clamp, saddle, wheel hubs, handlebars, spokes, rims, tires, tubes, derailleur, freewheel, cassette, throttle, kickstand, lights, reflectors, hardware, bottom bracket, or any other part or accessory, will be appropriately secured and adjusted upon arrival. Before every ride, inspect your bicycle to ensure everything is secured and adjusted correctly for the safety of yourself and others. Under no circumstances is E-STRAPZ responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
