Parts and Accessories

 

We do not accept returns for parts and accessories. All sales of parts and accessories are final, except in the event of a manufacturer's defect.

  • If a part or accessory is found to have a manufacturer's defect upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to process a warranty claim or replacement as quickly as possible.
  • Claims for manufacturer defects must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

 

Electric Bike Orders

 

All sales of electric bikes are final.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for any electric bike order once it has been placed. Please ensure you have thoroughly researched the electric bike model before finalizing your purchase.

 

Order Cancellation

 

Customers may cancel their order and request a refund within 24 hours of the original purchase, with no cancellation fee.

  • To cancel your order, you must contact our support team within 24 hours.
  • All canceled order requests after 24 hours are subject to a 5% order fee, which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
  • After the order has begun assembly or has shipped, the sale is final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
